Rescheduling and Cancellation Policies
We recognize that in life “things happen”. We all inevitably have to reschedule or cancel an appointment from time to time. At the same time, we also have to respect the time and livelihood of our teachers. For these reasons, we have established rescheduling and cancellation policies that try to be fair to clients and teachers.

RESCHEDULING
Clients can reschedule their lesson through the scheduling email up to 24 hours before the start time.
With less than 24 hours notice, rescheduling is unavailable, and cancellations will forfeit payment.
CANCELLING
Clients can cancel their lesson at any time using the link in their scheduling email according to the following criteria:
Cancellations made 24 hours or more before the lesson will receive a lesson credit for future use.
Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the lesson will forfeit payment with no credit or refund.
15 MINUTE GRACE PERIOD
If a client is late, the teacher will reach out via email and/or text a few minutes after the scheduled start time.
The teacher will wait up to 15 minutes for a reply. If the client responds that they are running late, the lesson will continue with whatever time remains — the lesson will still end at the originally scheduled time.
If the client does not reply or join the lesson within 15 minutes, the teacher may leave the Zoom meeting. The client will forfeit payment with no credit or refund.
EXCEPTIONS
We reserve the right to make exceptions to these policies at our sole discretion in the case of extraordinary or emergency circumstances.
